Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
OKCFARMTRUCK.com ships worldwide and provides costs at checkout for shipping carrier rates. All import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. OKCFARMTRUCK.com does not provide information on what your country may charge at customs.
Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as "gift" or with altered prices. It's against the law!
If a package is lost in transit OKCFARMTRUCK will work with you to determine the best options. Shipping will not be reimbursed to the customer if the tracking history shows the order was shipped.
USPS First Class Mail service does not provide tracking information or guarantee delivery after it leaves the United States. Packages that are not delivered using this mailing class will not be reimbursed. OKCFARMTRUCK strongly recommends International packages be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
